The website has been co-designed with service users. It brings together all of the important information you will need about the service.

Repair request form
Easily request a repair. The form lets you upload photos so that we can see what needs to be repaired.
For those who are unable to attend a face-to-face service user group forum. The Facebook group is a place for you to meet fellow wheelchair users. You can share your experiences, views and opinions to help us to improve the service we provide.
